Manage the operations department of the Fulfillment business segment (3PL) within a multi-faceted established company to ensure optimized performance parameters including quantity, quality, and productivity.

The candidate shall possess the capability to develop and manage people, processes, facilities, and infrastructure in a department to receive, stock, pick and pack, wrap, and ship customer’s goods to their customers.

Critical thinking and good leadership skills are required. Candidate must be comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment with little training, ability to self-start and own tasks, and overall to work independently.

Daily tasks include: management of supervisory personnel; process identification and improvement; identifying, gathering, reviewing, and reporting on various metrics – with the goal of using metrics to guide strategic decisions in collaboration with senior management.

Compensation: $35,000 to $40,000 depending on experience and capabilities. Health benefits and profit sharing.
